It specializes in providing reasonably priced, improved lots ready for home building that fit the character of the community. Target consumers consist of individuals looking to build their dream home with the builder of their choice or homebuilders planning to build spec homes. Today, a large percentage of subdivisions in the Milwaukee metro area are either restricted to one homebuilder or are developed by land owners who waste a lot of time and money because they don’t know the development process. We intend to change that. |
